What couples say again and again
“Herman and his helpers were SO accommodating and went so far out of their way to make it the perfect day, they took such good care of us and treated us like a king and queen.”
“Went to a wedding here and the food was great and the setting of the room was really nice.”
From the reviews
I loved everything about the castle! I rented the Castle to host my baby shower, dragon themed, and the castle did not disappoint! The owner was very easy to work with, and allowed me to host the party I was dreaming of!
Had a Town Hall for presidential candidate Tulsi Gabbard in the Castle. The owner and staff were amazing. The venue has a great ambiance that will be hard to forget. The cheeseboards were phenomenal and were being sold at reasonable pricing.
We loved virtually everything about our time in the castle! We had a few things that we felt needed addressing but when we shared our thoughts with the owners, they were very willing listeners! I have no doubt they will adjust the few things we/they felt were reasonable requests. I can't wait to return!
Herman and his staff are great. The castle to me has always been a mystery. Finally I was able to see the inside and it looks awesome. Herman put on the most authentic Octoberfest, I know everyone had a great time. Thank you for bringing that build back from the dead Herman. I'm really looking forward to the next show.
Getting married at The Castle on Charles
A castle wedding is the once-in-a-lifetime, storybook kind — the grand staircase, the ballroom, the gardens and turrets your photos will live on forever. Castle weddings commonly run $10,000–$40,000+ depending on the date, guest count, and how much is included, so ask for a written quote for your season — The Castle on Charles doesn’t publish a set price, and tiers move fast. Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see it at the time of day you’d actually get married — a ballroom that glows at golden hour can feel very different at noon, and you’ll want to walk the path your guests take from the gates to the ceremony to the reception. Second, bring your real questions: what’s included with the venue fee (tables, chairs, setup, teardown), the catering and bar policy, whether you can stay overnight on-site, the rain plan for a garden ceremony, and the music curfew. Fairytale dates at castle venues book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what’s open in your season before you leave.
