This is a great place to come during the Fall to get some excellent Fall pictures of the leaves. These were taken with a Samsung 9 phone. You cannot go in the castle but you can walk completely around the perimeter to see the nature and the outside of the castle.
I cannot say enough about Searles Castle and all of the staff who helped us have the perfect wedding. Our wedding was August 2nd and our guests are still raving about the venue!
What a beautiful place! We were guests at a vegan, mask wearing wedding and it could not have been any better! The ceremony was outdoors and the tent was the dinner & dancing. There were multiple fans & (2) a/c type units cooling the tent.
WOW This Searles Castle is a wedding photographers dream. From the amazing castle to the wooded grounds around that incase a reflecting pool all are a great spots for creating bridal portraits with the wedding couple/ The staff was great and truly had no issues with any part of the well planned day.
Getting married at Searles Castle
A castle wedding is the once-in-a-lifetime, storybook kind — the grand staircase, the ballroom, the gardens and turrets your photos will live on forever. Castle weddings commonly run $10,000–$40,000+ depending on the date, guest count, and how much is included, so ask for a written quote for your season — Searles Castle doesn’t publish a set price, and tiers move fast. Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see it at the time of day you’d actually get married — a ballroom that glows at golden hour can feel very different at noon, and you’ll want to walk the path your guests take from the gates to the ceremony to the reception. Second, bring your real questions: what’s included with the venue fee (tables, chairs, setup, teardown), the catering and bar policy, whether you can stay overnight on-site, the rain plan for a garden ceremony, and the music curfew. Fairytale dates at castle venues book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what’s open in your season before you leave.
