Pax Amicus Castle Theatre in Budd Lake is a special kind of charm—my absolute favorite spot to take anyone visiting from out of town. Walking in, you immediately feel the storybook magic of a medieval castle right by the lake—such a fun and unique experience to share with friends and family.
The Life of Poe performance. We brought our 157 students to this castle-like theatre for a wonderful play performed by 4 young and talented actors. The manager and director, Stan, has a wonderful knowledge of Poe and it shows in his plays.
I went for field trip for Edgar Allen Poe. The show was great, all the actors did an amazing job. The snack booth was at nice reasonable price both food and drinks. A total bonus is that the view outside is gorgeous.
I went here on a class trip to see Romeo and Juliet. I absolutely loved it!!! The whole production was amazing. The actors and the director were kind and taught me a lot throughout the show.
