Chateau Clair is the perfect blend of elegance and comfort. The owners, Melissa and Joe are friendly, fun and so welcoming. The love that has been poured into every space is evident the moment you walk in.
Chateau Claire completely exceeded our expectations. We stayed here while in Hondo for a wedding and it was more than we could have hoped for. Joe and Melissa were phenomenal hosts and treated our entire group like family. The beds were comfy, the bathrooms were clean, and the property was top tier.
I spent 2 nights at Chateau Claire during the week while on a business trip and loved the change from a typical hotel stay! The entire house, amenities and themes for each room were well thought out and the taste in decor is fabulous!
We went on our honeymoon (mini-moon, for one night) and found the place charming, festively decorated for Christmas, and very cozy. The room was very well furnished and clean and the bed was so comfortable! In the morning, Joe and Melissa made us a fantastic restaurant quality breakfast with lighthearted conversation.
