Cool castle from the outside. Didn't try to go in. I think it is actually being used for various businesses or schools or something so we didn't want to bother anyone but would love the opportunity to tour it someday. We could see it from our hotel window and decided we had to get a closer look the next morning.
I found this online as The Pillar of Fire 'Castle' and had to see it! Amazing that is was built in 1893 by New Yorker Henry Mayham out of sandstone from Red Rocks. The scencic view of Denver is nice as well. Apparently its being used as a school! Could you imagine attending elementary/middle school in a castle!?!?

Westminster Castle is quite a spectacle. It's a truly amazing castle! This place feels unreal. When standing in front of it it's easy to imagine that this might be what being at Hogwarts could be like. Sitting high on the hill and surrounded by lush green grass. It's definitely a destination to make when in Colorado!
