Absolutely love The Castle! It Has multiple rooms and different themes. Elephant room has tvs and more bar food and theme. The Rook has fireplaces and little nooks to hang out for both big and small groups. The Green room is more of a library book nook and bar.
This Thai-fusion food will likely delight your taste buds. I recommend visiting with friends and ordering family style so you can try more dishes. The cocktails are perfectly crafted and presented. The comfy, cozy dining room has many intimate spaces for you and guests to chill and relax.
While staying at the Manresa Castle hotel, we were delighted to find hip eateries and craft cocktails on property owned and operated by a local entrepreneur Cameron.
