It is something different and a good excuse to climb stairs up and down. I loved the scenery more than the castle itself. The falls are the main attraction and the castle is like a cherry of the cake (just decoration). I will be back because it is a cool place to cool down in the summer.
Get out of your car and climb up the stairs to the castle. But there are lots, I mean LOTS of stairs to climb. Luckily, I love to climb stairs. If you don't, you can just stay on the first level and pretend you are at Cair Paravel about to meet Aslan!
Absolutely loved this. The first 1 was small but we didn't realize that further up was the actual castle. Lots of uphill and steap walking but so fun. Very neat to see a piece of history like this.
Such a shame this couldn't be like what it was in its hay days !!!! It's amazing to walk through and check out . Though my only problem was tons of spiders !!!! (We went in the summer) so we went back in the fall and it was perfect to walk through and no spiders lol....
