This is a cute old sea side motel. Easy walking distance to the beach. I have to say me and my wife found it to be quiet, clean, and well maintained. It is clear to us that a lot of love and pride has gone into this place. It is nice to see a mom and pop place still standing. No place beats the sand castle on price.
I booked a 4-night stay here through Expedia and was very satisfied with my experience. Very reliable and accommodating staff. I believe it was Akshay who helped me check in. I told him I preferred a quieter room away from foot traffic. He assigned me Room 215 on the second floor, facing away from the busier street.
I was pleasantly surprised by Sand Castle Inn in terms of cleanliness and overall value. The exterior and surrounding area felt a bit dated and slightly run down, especially at night, but the room itself was very clean and cleaner than most places I’ve stayed at in this price range.
They are absolutely wonderful to guests! Accommodating, friendly, in the rooms are clean, with coffee makers, refrigerator, microwave, nice flat screen TV with some common channels. The property is very clean.
