From the reviews
We've been multiple times in our 30 yr marriage. It's always nice. This is the first time we've seen the flowers in the garden. (We've been there in the fall) The castle is well kept and beautiful. There is a reasonable $5 entrance fee. The host was welcoming and knowledgeable about the castle's history.
Great fun! Historical and adventurous at the same time. You can learn so much for watching the video and reading the information. There’s a gift area. $5 entrance fee is well worth supporting the castle. You can spend 15 minutes or a couple hours it’s up to you. The yards are well kept.
Great tour of one of our regions historic places. Informative videos begin the self-guided tour and then comes the opportunity to walk the castle and surrounding grounds. Amazing how one could build such a place, taking 50+ years to accomplish.
This castle was pretty cool. Harry Andrews was a very interesting person with a cool life. I can't imagine how much time and effort really went into building, but Harry must've been a very patient guy. Definitely watch the short documentaries about his life that play all day there.
