From the reviews
The Lotte Palace is such a special place! The hotel itself is immaculate, our views from the 32nd floor overlooked the Cathedral, Radio City Music Hall, and all the way down to the Hudson. Location in midtown Manhattan can’t be beat!
Had a fantastic stay at Lotte New York Palace! The location is hard to beat, putting you right in the heart of New York City and within walking distance of so many attractions. The staff was outstanding from check-in to check-out and genuinely made us feel welcome throughout our stay.
We stayed at the Lotte New York Palace while on a business trip. The place is an impressive old building. The rooms were clean, and the cleaning staff did a great job with our 2-night stay. The best part was the excellent service from Peter Lowery at the front desk.
My daughter and I stayed at the Lotte Palace for 4 days during our trip to NY. We booked through AMEX Hotels program, which helped offset the costs for a place like this plus also 3rd night free with the hotel currently. They also did upgrade us to a room which overlooked the courtyard and the absolutely stunning St.
Getting married at Lotte New York Palace
A castle wedding is the once-in-a-lifetime, storybook kind — the grand staircase, the ballroom, the gardens and turrets your photos will live on forever. Castle weddings commonly run $10,000–$40,000+ depending on the date, guest count, and how much is included, so ask for a written quote for your season — Lotte New York Palace doesn’t publish a set price, and tiers move fast. Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see it at the time of day you’d actually get married — a ballroom that glows at golden hour can feel very different at noon, and you’ll want to walk the path your guests take from the gates to the ceremony to the reception. Second, bring your real questions: what’s included with the venue fee (tables, chairs, setup, teardown), the catering and bar policy, whether you can stay overnight on-site, the rain plan for a garden ceremony, and the music curfew. Fairytale dates at castle venues book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what’s open in your season before you leave.
