Attended song writers night. 4 groups. Each doing 45 min set with 15 min. between acts. 3 really good groups, 1 ok. Nice venue on lawn in front of the historic mansion. 2 food trucks, 1 dessert truck, 1 brewery, 1 hot sandwich tent. Multiple inflatables for children to play on. Willing to attend again.
A lovely historic site on a lake. Nice venue for a wedding and those in the wedding party were very appreciative of the staff who helped. I was surprised and glad that they had closed this park to the public for this small(ish)...200 .... wedding. So, it may not be inexpensive, but it was perfect.
Rock Castle has some of the best events!When the kids were little, we enjoyed the Easter and Halloween events most. These past few years the summer camps have been our favorites. There are also outdoor concerts and living history days.
I would have loved to see the inside was there for a bluegrass concert which was awesome except for the food vendors

Second, bring your real questions: what’s included with the venue fee (tables, chairs, setup, teardown), the catering and bar policy, whether you can stay overnight on-site, the rain plan for a garden ceremony, and the music curfew.
