I visited at the end of November to observe the Castle lit up in lights. Oddly to say there was no snow, but it was still a beautiful sight to see. I was there around 8:30, there wasn't much of a crowd so I was able to get a few good pictures.
I've been in love with this castle since I first moved to Canadian Lakes almost 9 years ago. They decorate it during the winter, and it's just as beautiful in the summertime. They host events here and sometimes people even rent it out for weddings.
First off, the place it's self was awesome. It also has some cool things to do like they have the little picture frames that make you look like an elf in, as well as a hot coco bar which I thought was funny, and you could also write letters to Santa.
We love that the castle is a part of our community and supports the many events in the area that cant be held outside. It is a very unique and interesting structure both inside and out. Great for weddings, parties or special events.
