From the reviews
This place is amazing and gary is a one of a kind creator, he built all the enchanted highway metal art. Each one took him 8 to 10 years. And at the end is the castle, it is an old school remade into a castle. To say it is amazing is selling it short.
This is an amazing place to stay! Take a ride down the Enchanted Highway and stay at this place or even just stop on for a drink in the tavern and some food. The food was EXCELLENT! Pricing was more than adequate and everything was made in house.
We had a great time! The food in their tavern was okay. The rooms were amazing. They had a gymnasium that is open to guest 24-7. They do have hot tubs, but they were used for therapy, so they are really hot and were not maintained very well. The people at both the front desk and the tavern were very nice.
We saw a giant sculpture on a distant hill from interstate 94. We followed the Enchanted Highway when we saw the signs. Best side trip ever! The road has multiple metal sculptures along the way to the castle. Each has its own pull off and has something for the kids to do, such as a maze or grasshopper to ride.
