From the reviews
The Chateau Ste. Michelle Winery in Woodinville is a very large sprawling complex of buildings, open spaces and, the reason I went here, an outdoor concerts venue. I can't comment on the inside of the winery as I did not enter any buildings. The outdoor open space is beautiful and kept very well manicured.
One of my favorite wineries in Washington, and my go-to when out-of-town guests visit. To get the best value for your time and money, a reservation is a must, especially in summer. Walk-ins risk waiting or missing out entirely.
Had an AMAZING experience lunch here yesterday. Would highly recommend. Good was great and so was our host. I also saw goo goo dolls here and loved the venue. They were very organized getting people in and you could bring your own wine purchased onsite.
Chateau Ste. Michelle wine is one of the wines I do drink so I was really excited to come to the winery. This is my first time here in this winery. This winery has a beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces. The inside is beautifully decorated and the outside has beautiful greenery. We opted to go in one of their igloos.
Getting married at Chateau Ste. Michelle Winery
A castle wedding is the once-in-a-lifetime, storybook kind — the grand staircase, the ballroom, the gardens and turrets your photos will live on forever. Castle weddings commonly run $10,000–$40,000+ depending on the date, guest count, and how much is included, so ask for a written quote for your season — Chateau Ste. Michelle Winery doesn’t publish a set price, and tiers move fast. Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see it at the time of day you’d actually get married — a ballroom that glows at golden hour can feel very different at noon, and you’ll want to walk the path your guests take from the gates to the ceremony to the reception. Second, bring your real questions: what’s included with the venue fee (tables, chairs, setup, teardown), the catering and bar policy, whether you can stay overnight on-site, the rain plan for a garden ceremony, and the music curfew. Fairytale dates at castle venues book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what’s open in your season before you leave.
