My wife and I are currently staying at the Chateau Mar Beach Resort and it has been a wonderful experience. The location is perfect just steps from the beach, with beautiful views and such a relaxing atmosphere.
We love the Chateau. We have vacationing there for the past six years. The rooms, the rates, and the staff are all great. I think we've managed to be on every floor now. The staff went out of their way to assist us. The pool and beach are the best!
This is an older hotel currently undergoing renovation as of 10/2025, so some of the rooms were understandably unavailable. But, the staff was EXCEPTIONALLY accommodating, booking two adjoining rooms for us to replace the 2 bedroom room that was under renovation.
Nice stay at this well maintained hotel directly on the beach. Very windy, so didn't try the pool but it appeared spotless with seating and very close to rooms. Check in was easy and quick. Lady at the desk was very nice. Parking is great and no weirdos hanging out in parking lot. Elevator available if you need it.
