Our time at the Chateau Hotel was WONDERFUL. The staff is so friendly, helpful, and professional - it was a delight getting to know Elaine! The hotel itself is so charming - coming back each day felt like coming into our own private hideaway.
Wow! What an amazing stay in NOLA. The Chateau was located two blocks from Bourbon St and equally close to the street car line to make day trips to the Garden District and museums. Quiet location even though it was close to Royal and Bourbon. Great restaurants nearby. Staff was great.
I stayed at the Chateau in 2023 and just realized I forgot to leave a review! I really loved my stay. The hotel has everything we needed and was close enough to everything cool for a visitor. The room was clean, everything worked as expected, and it didn’t have any weird smells.
1st time to NOLA, so I was a little worried about choosing a hotel, but the Chateau Hotel impressed me 💯🎉❤️! Right in the middle of everything I wanted to visit, comfy beds, high quality linens, gorgeous courtyards, friendly staff, off street parking, and I felt safe the whole time! No complaints from this girl 😉.
