I am on the hunt for apartments and decided to Google map a few locations and Chateau Garnet grabbed my attention. The manger was straight forward with the price of the apartments and any additions that I might need. We walked the community and the pool area which was very clean and well maintained.
The location is unbeatable. Being close to grocery stores, restaurants, and the beach makes living here really convenient. I love being able to grab a quick bite or go for a sunset walk without needing to plan ahead.
We absolutely love it here! The new manager is wonderful—kind, responsive, straightforward, and very easy to work with. She addresses questions and concerns quickly, which has made our experience even better.
Great location! Close to the grocery stores, restaurant and beach like I want. The apartment I was shown was very clean and the person who showed it me was very nice and answered all of my questions. This is definitely an option that I am considering.
