From the reviews
Amazing venue! We were vendors here a few weeks ago and I can definitely say this is one of the best intimate venues Ive seen for smaller weddings. The facility is clean and well maintained and the beautiful porch really gives it a nice southern charm. Amazing management!
Where do you start? Location, 20 mins to Clinton, 20 mins to Greenwood, 2 mins (If you walk) to the Mayberry Diner. Atmosphere is insanely relaxing. You can feel yourself unknotting just walking through the house or around the barn.
The venue was perfect for a small intimate wedding on a budget. My daughter had her best day ever and my husband and I didn’t have to touch our 401K. I would highly recommend getting the house as well it is beautiful for out of town guests or bridal party.
I was a guest at a wedding here, and I’m still blown away. This place is gorgeous, elegant, clean, and so thoughtfully designed. The lighting at night was beautiful and the staff were professional, welcoming and kind. If you’re looking for a venue that feels top-tier, this is it!
Getting married at Chateau Amelia
A castle wedding is the once-in-a-lifetime, storybook kind — the grand staircase, the ballroom, the gardens and turrets your photos will live on forever. Couples’ reviews and the castle’s own info point to packages from around $2,995, though castle weddings commonly run $10,000–$40,000+ depending on your date and guest count, so get a written quote for your season before you fall in love with it. Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see it at the time of day you’d actually get married — a ballroom that glows at golden hour can feel very different at noon, and you’ll want to walk the path your guests take from the gates to the ceremony to the reception. Second, bring your real questions: what’s included with the venue fee (tables, chairs, setup, teardown), the catering and bar policy, whether you can stay overnight on-site, the rain plan for a garden ceremony, and the music curfew. Fairytale dates at castle venues book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what’s open in your season before you leave.
