Chateau Aeronautique, or Blue Skies Brewery, was somewhat empty when I visited, but it was early in their day. Despite that I had a bit of difficulty getting the attention of the waitress, so I think they were maybe a tad short-staffed. I’m not sure.
This is a nice venue. They've added a large covered outdoor space with a stage that will fit a full band. The pretzel bites, calzones and quesadillas were good. Unfortunately all the beverages that's we've had here are really sweet. Some were too sweet to finish.
I cannot believe how much fun I had at Chateau Aeronautics to night. The ACDC tribute band was AMAZING!!! Their line up for the summer is fantastic and we will go back regularly.
Visiting from out of town, and we love visiting different Wineries. Chateau Aeronautique checked all the box. Very nice selection for tastings. We can’t wait to Visit again.
