From the reviews
From the gate, customer service from both sales representatives was very friendly and welcoming! Experience and professionalism was obvious. The salesman who helped me was fun and very informative. When asked his opinion, he answered honestly and offered alternatives as needed.
Nick was very professional, helpful, courteous, and, above all, knowledgeable. He was not afraid to bring up strong and weak points of an item and he helped me and my wife find exactly what we needed, even suggesting items to enhance it.
This was my first visit to Castle & I will definitely be back! There is a large variety of items to cater to everyone's needs. Very clean & organized. The customer service was beyond amazing! She was the only employee there but handled everything magically.
Every experience I've had at The Castle feels like I am embracing a unique peice of who I am, I love the freedom it gives me to explore my desires without shame. It's thrilling, empowering, and exciting to share with like-minded open spirits.
Getting married at Castle Megastore - Medford, OR
A castle wedding is the once-in-a-lifetime, storybook kind — the grand staircase, the ballroom, the gardens and turrets your photos will live on forever. Castle weddings commonly run $10,000–$40,000+ depending on the date, guest count, and how much is included, so ask for a written quote for your season — Castle Megastore - Medford, OR doesn’t publish a set price, and tiers move fast. Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see it at the time of day you’d actually get married — a ballroom that glows at golden hour can feel very different at noon, and you’ll want to walk the path your guests take from the gates to the ceremony to the reception. Second, bring your real questions: what’s included with the venue fee (tables, chairs, setup, teardown), the catering and bar policy, whether you can stay overnight on-site, the rain plan for a garden ceremony, and the music curfew. Fairytale dates at castle venues book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what’s open in your season before you leave.
