From the reviews
I had a great experience at Castle. The sales lady was superb and knew multiple details about every product that I looked at. Her recommendations were wonderful and I would Definitely shopped there again for the superb service.
The staff and selection at this store are simply without peer anywhere. Not pushy but super helpful, knowledgeable and enthusiastic. I thought that I was being clever by asking about a relatively obscure piece of equipment and voila--it was in stock and fully charged!
I was amazed! Had a pleasant greeting as soon as we walked threw the door. Not only that I was helped right away. They made my experiece comfortable. Thank you and I will recommend you to my friends. Oh yeah and the prices are awesome!!! 10 thumbs up!😊
Riberto was so awesome. Made me feel really comfortable. He answered all my questions and helped me out big time being these items are a first for me . I hope he’s there next time I happen to go. He needs appreciation and lots of recognition! 🙂
Getting married at Castle Megastore - Kennewick, WA
A castle wedding is the once-in-a-lifetime, storybook kind — the grand staircase, the ballroom, the gardens and turrets your photos will live on forever. Castle weddings commonly run $10,000–$40,000+ depending on the date, guest count, and how much is included, so ask for a written quote for your season — Castle Megastore - Kennewick, WA doesn’t publish a set price, and tiers move fast. Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see it at the time of day you’d actually get married — a ballroom that glows at golden hour can feel very different at noon, and you’ll want to walk the path your guests take from the gates to the ceremony to the reception. Second, bring your real questions: what’s included with the venue fee (tables, chairs, setup, teardown), the catering and bar policy, whether you can stay overnight on-site, the rain plan for a garden ceremony, and the music curfew. Fairytale dates at castle venues book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what’s open in your season before you leave.
