What couples say again and again
“She also went above and beyond by showing me a sample of a product I was curious about.”
From the reviews
Thought White Castle sold burgers. They said they do sell meat, but it's unfortunately made from silicone and plastic. My friend and I found a Chinese finger trap outside. Made the trip worthwhile and brightened my day. Will use later.
The staff is very nice and helpful. 10/10 customer service! Their dancewear and lingerie section has so many options, and they’re always getting new stock in. However, if you are plus size, it can be tricky to find things that fit correctly.
If customer service had a gold standard, this place would set it. It’s essentially the Chick-fil-A of adult stores—exceptionally friendly, professional, and helpful, just without the chicken sandwiches. The staff goes above and beyond to make the experience comfortable and informative.
Great service & useful recommendations. Think of what you want, ask, and they'll hyu with what you might like
Getting married at Castle Megastore - Fairbanks, AK
A castle wedding is the once-in-a-lifetime, storybook kind — the grand staircase, the ballroom, the gardens and turrets your photos will live on forever. Castle weddings commonly run $10,000–$40,000+ depending on the date, guest count, and how much is included, so ask for a written quote for your season — Castle Megastore - Fairbanks, AK doesn’t publish a set price, and tiers move fast. Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see it at the time of day you’d actually get married — a ballroom that glows at golden hour can feel very different at noon, and you’ll want to walk the path your guests take from the gates to the ceremony to the reception. Second, bring your real questions: what’s included with the venue fee (tables, chairs, setup, teardown), the catering and bar policy, whether you can stay overnight on-site, the rain plan for a garden ceremony, and the music curfew. Fairytale dates at castle venues book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what’s open in your season before you leave.
